Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours of purchase (excluding Sunday's and Holiday's,) Our standard shipping method is USPS (US Postal Service) First Class Mail.
For an additional charge item can be sent via overnight or 2nd day air. This option is available during the checkout process.
Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery via USPS. International orders vary depending on local post.
Shipping costs are calculated on a per product basis and display during checkout.

Returns & Replacements

We like to keep things simple.  We want you to be happy with all of our products.
All products are guaranteed to be free from defect for the life of your pet, what can be more simple than that?

Should you need to return a product or have one replaced, here is what you do:

If it's a customized product, simply email us at info@BowWowzerZ.com and we will email you back with all the information that you need to return your product.

If it's a standard product that has never been used, simply send it back to us with a note letting us know:
1.) your customer number or order number
2.) what you didn't like about it and
3.) if you want a replacement product and which product you want or a refund.

We'll take care of it from there. There are never any re-stocking fees.
